1. Bilal Hussein - AIK Football Club
You will find Bilal in the Swedish first division (Allsvenskan) with football club AIK.
Bilal is 22 years old with the ability to play in most positions on the field. He is not a player you would sign at Man City with the intention of him being a starter but he will be a cheap player that starts in most first division teams in the world.

2. Yerson Chacón - Deportivo Táchira
Yerson will be harder for most of us to sign as he is in the Venezuelan First Division (Primeria División) with the team Deportivo Táchira. Yerson is a 19 year old winger (best position being inverted winger) with preferred right foot. His stats are really good for the price you will get him for. Definitely worth signing even if you sell him 2-3 years later for major profit.
Release Clause: £875,000
3. Cristo Romero - Intercity
You will find Cristo in the third division of Spanish football in group 2 (Primera Federacion group 2) Cristo is a left footed player whos preferred position is a left back/wing back. His physicals are great even if he lacks in mentality, he can be a great addition to most teams.

Argentina strikes again, this time with Nicolás, who plays for Vélez in the Argentinian Primera Division. Nicolás is a 22 year old midfielder with stats that make him an outstanding player to pick up, 14 tackling and marking, 13 passing and 15 work rate are just a few of his stats.
Release Clause: £4,300,000
OVER £5 million
6. Williot Swedberg - Celta Vigo
Now time for the more expensive players on this list. We start with Williot who is a Swedish football player who plays for Celta Vigo (will most likely find him in the u19's team) Williot is 18 years old who is a midfielder but can be used in multiple positions in the attacking third as well. He is an all round great player who can grow immensely, this is not a player every team can buy but will add great depth to most first division teams.
Release Clause: £6,750,000
7. Beñat Turrientes - Real Sociedad
We stay in Spain for the next player, who we find at Real Sociedad in La Liga. Beñat is a 20 year old Spanish born player who plays as a more defensive midfielder. He may be slow with 9 pace and acceleration, but makes up for it with 16 passing, tackling, technique and composure. He has the same resemblance as Sergio Busquets. Beñat would be a great addition to most teams and will definitely be the backbone to any midfield.
Release Clause: £7,250,000
8. MatÃas Arezo – Granada
We now look at a 19 year old Uruguayan who plays in *as you guessed* La Liga for Granada. MatÃas is a striker with a preferred right foot, good thing about MatÃas is he can be retrained as a winger or even a attacking midfielder. He is not tall standing at 5ft10 but he can still win the ball in the air with 16 heading and sadly only 10 jumping reach. But his main triangle 3 are good, 13 dribbling, 14 finishing and 14 first touch.
Release Clause: £9,000,000
9. Ilias Akhomach – Barcelona Atlétic
W we stay in Spain but thankfully move away from La Liga, we instead move down the leagues to Primera Federacion Group 2 with Barcelona Atlétic, here we find a gem whos release clause is high for the league but not for the player. Illias is a left footed winger with great physicals and immense skill with the ball at his feet. Illias has 17 flair and 15 dribbling giving him that Dembele feeling on the ball. Illias is definitely expensive for most teams, but if you can afford him and use wingers, he'll add some much skill to your team.
Release Clause: £10,250,000
10. Paulo Dybala - Roma
Now we look at one of my absolute favorites players, Dybala, he has recently joined Roma from Juventus but he does have a fairly low release clause for a player of his ability. Dybala is 28 now and spending that much money on a player who is known to be injury prone, is a big risk but a risk worth taking, as if it works out he will lift any team and make them great. His stats are outstanding, to name a few; 17 passing, 19 technique, 18 dribbling and 16 corners. If you have the funds and find yourself in a European competition position, it would be idiotic not to think about using Dybala.
